Booking Conditions:-

If cancelled or modified more than 2 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be charged. If cancelled or modified less than 2 days before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the full booking item amount will be charged.

Additional Payment Policy:-

1. Tourism Tax at RM10 per room per night will be collected upon check in for Non Malaysian.

2.   Pahang Kelestarian Tax at RM3 per room per night will be collected upon check in for all bookings.

3. Security Deposit at RM50 per room will be collected upon check in for all bookings.

Refund Policy:-

For eligible cancellations where payment has already been collected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the guest’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
